If you are using the Evoko Room Managers with Google Apps for Business we want to bring your attention to that Google on November 17th will switch to a new calendar API. This means that all applications communicating with Google Calander, such as the Evoko Room Managers, need to be updated.
If you are running a version of the Evoko application older than 126.96.36.199 you must therefore upgrade your units to the latest version. Otherwise they will not be able to connect to Google Calendar after November 17th. Since we continuously improve the application and add new feature we of course recommend also those with later versions to upgrade.
Please follow these simple steps to upgrate your evoko room manager
1. Download the latest Evoko Control Panel from our website, go here
2. Generate a “P12 key” in Google Developer Console and upload it to the Evoko Control Panel
3. Upgrade the units
